Nano Quant provides blockchain and smart contract-based real estate technology development and consulting services.
Client Responsibilities
- •Provide accurate and timely information for project execution
- •Make payments as agreed in project contracts
- •Comply with all applicable laws relevant to your use of our services
Fees and Payment
- •Project fees are outlined in proposals or contracts
- •Payments are due as specified; late payments may incur fees or project suspension
Intellectual Property
- •We retain ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property
- •Deliverables developed for you per project are licensed/shared as per agreement
- •Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during engagements.
Limitation of Liability
Nano Quant is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate with prior notice; payment for work completed shall remain due.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to Terms
We may update terms from time to time; continued use indicates acceptance.
